Well, well, well...it's almost been 10 years since David Guiffre has performed on stage with Carfax Abbey, but, on May 1st, that will all change. I am MORE than happy to announce that Dave will make a guest appearance for more than 1 song that night!!
As I'm sure many of you know, Dave is one of the founding members of Carfax Abbey and has helped write, produce, and perform songs on the American Gothic and Second Skin cd's. Music from his solo project Brainclaw can be heard on the soundtracks of Spiderman 2 as well as The Matrix.
He is also the keyboard player and backing vocalist to my side project God Shaped Void. So, for those of you who have waited what seems like a lifetime to see and hear Dave perform again live with Carfax Abbey...on May 1st...your wait will be over.

Hey there, Voidies.
We're happy to announce that we are BACK IN THE STUDIO. Studio Auroviral, that is. We've already recorded a kick-ass version of "Medicinal Memoir" and are moving on to new material as you read this. We're terribly excited to announce that a new album is indeed on the horizon, and we look forward to presenting you with it.
Be ready for some new live shows as well, as we gather strength for a Summer Tour. We'll be playing some cool new venues as well as some old favorites. So be sure to check back here often for show news and other fun doings.

Thank you all for coming out and supporting us at Puck last night in Doylestown, PA! We had a great show, which was apparently recorded for distribution on iTunes!
We were interviewed live after our show with Origivation Magazine, and the interview was recorded as well. It was a blast! Special thanks to Tara Giuffre for breaking down my gear so I could do the interview promptly.
We will be booking more shows very soon, and will be headed into Studio Auroviral right away to record more songs for a new CD release scheduled for Spring 2010.
Thanks again to all of you who came out, and thanks to Riverside and April Skies for sharing the stage with us.
